No, JF. There is no implication. Why do you guys always assume the worst? I just think that the rulers of the ME have hamstrung their subjects to the point that they have no other choice but to take their economic, emotional, physical and social circumstances out on others. That statistic is certainly an eye opener, and explains a lot about the plight of people in the ME. Their rulers should be ashamed and the people should use the Constitution of the US as a tool to throw the bums out. M
