But do low prices bring about sellers, or do sellers bring about low prices? Inquiring minds want to know.

At these volumes, it wouldn't take too many more sellers showing up here to make even lower prices. Same thing to the upside if the Great Western Pension Holding & International Finance Company of Schenectady showed up on the bid with this month's contributions.

Which way to the promised land?
