Speaking of scummy, did anyone read the WSJ mega-stroy about the former TYC ceo today? It's depressing to think that even a largely inside board could allow such abuse of position. Makes one very cynical. Perhaps we need to see board members who are not company officers in handcuffs, too, before we see some semblance of honest corporate governance. How many board members nationwide do you think would resign if that happened?
