Help!

Have several problems.......

The first is that I'm having problems with Outlook Explorer. I was recently hit with the Klez virus, took the machine to my local PC repair shop, where they removed the virus. The only thing is that ever since then, whenever I close Outlook Explorer, my computer locks up and I have to power down, and reboot all over. And a single boot never is enough, it has to be rebooted at least twice to enable me to get to the Windows Desktop!

This problem never occurs with the Netscape browser, so I know its related just to the Outlook Explorer. How can I erase Outlook Explorer, and reload it? Will I lose all my saved mail and addresses in doing so? Is there any other kind of a fix that might be easier?

Second problem........about 20 minutes ago, while I was reviewing my mail, a porn site popped up on my desk top with some pretty explicit stuff (and I'm 63 years old and have seen a bit of this world). It must be a brilliantly written bit of software since my ISP has a screen in place to intercept this kind of crap. Secondly, and most annoying, I CANNOT get rid of the stuff. Since beginning this message, it has popped up about 6 - 7 times. When I close it, it goes away for a bit, only to pop-up again. There is no place on the damn thing to notify them that I'm not interested, and no way to get rid of it unless I shut down. I presume that then, at least, it will go away. Any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance,

Knip
