Hi Merryfield, Nice job with the search! Greg Paxton is the inventor of the JetWater system and I believe the name of his company was/is Global Power and Water. It would make sense that the inventor of the system would become Aqua Dyne's major shareholder. Remember, Paxton has pursued R&D with the JetWater system for the past 10 years. I couldn't agree more with your statement about Letters of Intent that never became actual contracts or sales, especially with bulletin board companies. Watched this happen too many times. That said, I believe this LOI is for real. Won't be long and we'll know for sure...
