I thought that CEOs will have to sign off on Qs and Ks issued after Aug 14. If so, we won't see signoffs until Q3 reports. Am I mistaken?

By mid August, as we all know, all CEOs will have to sign off on their reported numbers.

<<By mid August, as we all know, all CEOs will have to sign off on their reported numbers.>>

Not everyone has to sign off by August 14, though most do. See the list here for dates for each of the 947 companies, which have already filed and which are available for viewing online:

Earlie, may be there will be a bounce in tech, but just ask Reaper and he'll give a list of about 2000 non-tech companies which stock will go to ZERO in the near future. And he means it. Just look at what he did to MXT and ACF. -G-
