I have never been to Western Europe......never considered it, and I doubt that I ever will, so I admit to not being qualified to comment on situations there. However, it seems to me that finger pointing is nothing more than an attempt to distract from an awkward or embarassing situation, where common sense says that to admit that a situation has faults would be a first step to rectifying and then developing a plan to correcting said problem. But, then again.........
