that book, tragedy and hope by quigley was never reprinted. sometimes a person can find a copy through a used book outlet or in a library. i found a copy in a library and definitely read for myself, the passage(s) dealing with the cabal(s). it's also interesting to note a couple of other things: first, that at the time he wrote the book quigley was in favor of the cabal, and that he later became disillusioned with them, and second, that quigley was a mentor of clinton's at oxford...
