yes, bigest mistake people in this busines is trying to get cheap space. The worst problem in the biz is if no one shows
up. my rent is exorbenant and is still less then 8% of costs. It just doewsnt matter when you have a 900,000 payroll and 800,000 in food costs whats the diference between 120k and 160k in rent? If you know how to operate you can save that money elsewhere.

By the way EATERY is the name of the resteraunt.
