not so sure about that. just a hint of social unrest... but even a hint of that in europe makes me get nervous...

or they will do something new in the 21st century...

so far.... they still have a shot whatever it is. everybody else has long ago failed themselves.

one other thing seems very clear... there is no longer a coherent policy relationship with the united states...

bush is on his own in a place called wonder world... while everyone wonders just what it is that is the bush message, agenda, aim, goal.. whatever. all the harmony of the clinton years one might say existed... let alone daddy bush and the reagen years.. is non existent. cept for blair, but his pole is going to make him do a turn away from bush i expect.

It costs money to fund the IMF? Are you sure: last i checked it was all done in dollars....
