Thanks for the heads up. Arthur Miller said the Terrorist Acts were probably not read by many who signed it, and from what he read were as incomprehensible as Finnegan's Wake.

I liked Judge Andrew Napolitano and his wish to uphold the constitution. He said Purdy's notion that hotdog vendors in airports should be vigilant is correct, but that invading his privacy at home was not. Former judge Stanley Sporkin reiterated Judge Napolitano. Walter Purdy said "depootitized" in reference to something. I'm not sure what he meant, but when he talked about the "financial flow of money", the woman panelist interjected that Ashcroft has called for going through financial databases to learn what the spending habits and magazine subscriptions of individual Americans are. This somehow will tell him if they are terrorists or not.

Good for Arthur Miller being appalled by Ashcroft and stating sarcastically, "this was good enough for Hitler youth, so it's good enough for us."

Is that the Angela Davis who once had a 'fro as wide as her shoulders and used to get up on lecturns and scream.

Finally, The "America is great" gentleman who delivered the impassioned speech brought out some interesting points. I really felt for him, nice he was applauded for what it took tremendous courage for him to state.
