I agree jcky, and Nadine's latest post, "war has already begun" would give license to Israel who are bent on attacking at the first sign of war. I was hoping we could leave the world a better place for the future generations of all in the world, and now I'm thinking if certain factions don't back off there won't be any world in the future.

I'm just hoping Israel does not go nuclear if one of Saddam's WMD should reach Tel Aviv and kill many civilians. This is yet another argument that Washington should not invade Iraq without legitimate reasons. Sharon may potentially become a loose cannon in the Mideast.

Interesting way you have of putting things there, jcky...that if Saddam stages an unprovoked WMD attack on Tel Aviv, then Sharon may become the loose cannon by responding? Interesting how it's always Israel's duty to just suck it up and take it.

It is by saying things like this, now, that Sharon hopes to reestablish Israel's deterrent, and not have Iraqi scuds with chemical warheads landing in Tel Aviv in the first place.
