Well...It's A Tuff Call Hawk . And that's the problem with much of " wereportandyoudecide " information being disseminated these days, isn't it. Who to believe and who not to believe in a time where it appears everyone has an agenda and will say anything to further that agenda. I posted this link in a response to Jochen last night just to demonstrate how contrived the information we get can be, and how after the fact information can be stunning if you care about it. Appearantly no one really cares to visit the graves of those killed by “ friendly fire “. That would be the KLA in this case. [Note from www.emperors-clothes.com. Please include all text including this note.] emperors-clothes.com I had read intensely and spoken to people who appeared to know “ the other side “ about KOSOVO leading up to “ our “ campaign there.I was not in favour of the concerted actions that followed , nor were most supposedly informed people in THIS country.But it went ahead anyway , only for the World to find out the KLA were as bad or worse than those “ we “ defeated.A classic case of “ One man’s terrorist being another man’s freedom fighter “. I fear much of the same is happening with Iraq right now , with those opposition parties who just visited the US having an agenda of their own that may be worse than what already exists. One of them is a big wig in the Islamist movement.Kind of ironic , don’t cha think? Is the US prepared to embarrass itself and its allies by possibly undermining ( once again )what could be a peaceful solution to a threat that is hypothetical at best , and in the worst case, manufactured to present a means to an end? These are the thoughts people of conscience have to bare. But regarding Ritter – I would prefer to go on the premise that he is an upstanding American soldier who would like to clear his conscience on these matters. If he wanted to attain riches by reporting fraudulent information , he should have just asked for a job with ENRON !..heh heh heh…… But seriously…I have no idea what is truth and what is fact in this Iraq Attack. We certainly can’t depend on Israel for accurate information given their own record on nuclear weapons, now can we? Who to believe? Let the weapons inspectors in - that’s a good start.
