You conclusions seem not to comport with reality. Usually, if you try a particular method to solve a problem and 30 years later, you still have a problem, then you conclude that what you're doing isn't working. At least I do. When a problem takes a couple hundreds of years to develop, most reasonable people would not expect the problem to be solved completely in even 30 years. Oh wait, did I say reasonable? Never mind.......if you don't like the law, get rid of it. Particularly, considering our earlier discussion that the incident of prejudice has almost evaporated, it seems reasonable to conclude that the progress of blacks over the last 30 years is due largely to THAT factor, not AA. Thus, AA and EO laws may have well made the problem worse. Oh right.....for a smart guy [unverified of course], you say some pretty dumb things. Maybe prejudice is pretty much gone in ARK but I'm afraid the rest of us are not as advanced and consequently, the stigma of prejudice haunts us. I'll never understand the reasoning (or lack thereof) of the liberal mind. If you pitch table scraps out your back door everyday, you shouldn't be surprised that you're getting packs of dogs coming there to eat. Table scraps? Dogs? Huh? I thought we were talking about people and equal opportunity. Maybe that's where the confusion is.
