The key point is the president of the United States allowed his biggest donor to assist the Chinese in making delivery systems that could hurt the U.S., and he bypassed the normal route of approval to do it.

The other point is that you called me a liar, when I was going from memory on a 4 or 5 year old story and acknowledged in my post the details I had questions about.
