The premium is the "absolute expense" and it has everything to do with the moment of issue and absolutely zero to do with events at the point of exercise -- zip, nada, nothing. No connection whatsoever. Not a thing. Never, ever, ever. No connection of any kind. Not even on acid and played backwards while speaking in tongues and standing on your head while looking in a mirror. Not on this planet or on any other planet. Not in a million years. Not in one case in a billion.
