Most of us are not in a position to commit genocide, and it's true that most people don't view murder as an answer to problems. That said, I think that there are very few people who would not kill if the circumstances were right. And not just from a personal perspective either - i.e., that Houston dentist who ran over her cheating husband with her car 4-5 times, and said it was "an accident." :-/ I mean, for example, all the German people who found it perfectly acceptable to kill Jews and other "undesirables" as state policy.
