Anyone who pays attention to analysts is a fool. They are con men paid by Wall Street. You didn't need them to avoid going over that cliff. In fact, the less you had to do with them, the better. What you needed was to able able to recognize a bubble when you were in it. Once you knew that, you knew the risk was quite high and that it could pop at any time with little or no warning. So your choices were either to get completely out of the market or trade short term with a small part of your assets.
