Very few cells remain. I conclude this because you state the amount of American troops in Afghanistan are minimal, due, I suspect because of the decrease in threat from the Taliban/alQueada.. I would supspect they pose no more a terror than the Japanse solders who were found hiding in caves decades after WWII ended. "Eventually" Saddam "will obtain WMD" According to much information he already has them. I seriously doubt he's trying to control his neighbors, one of those being israel that also has WMDs. From what I've read he's not suicidal and using anything from his arsenal against his neighbors would be his last move.
