Shootie.......we already have people using it. The fact that its not legal does not mean harder to get. In addition, the usage of any food, liquor or drug comes down to 1 common theme. Personal Responsibility. Our disingenuous lawmakers use the same line every time weapons are talked about. Its no different here. A person can decide to abuse or not abuse - that's personal responsibility. The only difference is the guy driving down the street with a bag of herb who you happen to piss off can't pull out that herb and blow your head off and make your brain-stem do the Kennedy boogie on the trunk of your car. The guy with the gun can. It is not consistent for the Republicans to preach personal responsibility with a proven killer and then condemn a potential one with pot. Both come down to personal responsibility - period!
