Ya gotta love it when these "Roaches" go after the Saudis, JJ. But the History is that our Government will not let the pay off happen unless they want it to. Look at Castro's Cuba, where some people have had judgements and cannot get the funds released.

In the Eastern District of Virginia, that suit is as close to a slam dunk as I can imagine. They don't call Virginia the Old Dominion for nothing. Rock-ribbed conservatism is the order of the day.
