God Bless America, Home of the Frivolous Lawsuit

This isn't the first time Intel has been hit with a frivolous lawsuit:

- Intel was sued over the Pentium FDIV fiasco.

- Intel was sued over underclocking processors in order to meet the lower-end market segment demands. The argument was that Intel was selling the exact same product as both a regular and a premium brand.

- Intel is now being sued over allegedly inflating expectations and causing the stock to go to 75 before dropping below 20. This from a firm that sues just about every other corporation out there for the exact same thing.

These lawsuits are just as stupid as the class action lawsuit against McDonalds, as well as the burglar suing the homeowner. The only reason they still exist is because there is tons of return for very little risk.

But that's the world we live in. God Bless America. Land of the snakes and home of the cowardly.
