Gottfried, what are we supposed to agree with ? Should we position for the secular bear, or the cyclical bull ?

"We are still in the area of overvaluation here, and earning will have to grow by quite a lot to justify current valuations. You got to accept the fact that we are only in the third inning of this secular bear market, which will, eventually, bring stocks to extreme under valuations."

"If the flush this Autumn is cathartic enough, it could set the ground for a cyclical bull move within the secular bear market, such a move could take between 9 to 18 months before it expires."

or perhaps should we keep in mind this sentence from same post:

"That opinion could easily change, however."

What is your understanding of the current Zeev forecast ? Should we be positioned for the remaining 6 innings of wailing and gnashing of teeth ? Or should we max out the marging hoping for the 18 month bull run ?

My own position is I'm 99.5% invested. Its all in electronics tech.
