Protest too much?

Nahh, not too much. I know it is hard for someone with your outlook to understand. The paper is probably to the right of you. The Times is very "sanctimonious" about being the "Paper of Record." If they are going to uphold this record, they need to do a better job of being fair. They have always slanted the news to the Liberal side, IMO, but this latest attack on policy that Raines is running in the news section is so obvious that all of the rest of the media is picking up on it and commenting.

The WSJ keeps it's views to its Editorial and Op-ed pages. But the Times doesn't. Raines thinks he is on "A Mission From God" to stop a war with Iraq. That's fine. Just keep it to the editorial pages.
