No, after you got your mortgage when it was okay then to obtain a mortgage. Okay for you but not for new buyers now. And you don't listen. I have never written a 125% mortgage.

Once again its okay for you to get a mortgage but no one else eh? Are you that controlling? Like I said I offer A+ financing, todays rate at 6.25% fixed, kinda of makes your old loan look like crap with all the phoney life stuff you stuck on it. You can buy term life much cheaper than mortgage life insurance. You got rolled babe.
