Your knowledge of debt management stops at "duuuhhhhhh...". Financing long-term activity with short-term debt is a sophisticated form of fraud-the kind that exemplifies Robert Rubin. It allows for a propaganda op for the administration (and that administration did NOTHING but generate propaganda ops), while putting the federal debt at greater interest rate risk. It's got to be the largest derivative dice-roll in history, and the criminals who initiated it are all gone from office...
