It's not just stochastics, but the MACD convergence indicator mostly. Every time we got to these high levels here the Nasdaq sold off about 30-40%...most of them closer to 40% and it's not a signal that happenes often on the daily.

I am absolutely no technician, but one point I'm wondering about that I haven't heard much mention of (here and elsewhere)...isn't a H&S typically supposed to move up to (if not even slightly throw over) the breakpoint before returning down to fulfill the patterns' objective? TIA.
