You highlight that as if it's a positive for REFR, but...

51.1% reported that companies like theirs would be "very interested" or "somewhat interested" in offering windows with switchable glass to residential homeowners within the next three years.

...by this point (closing in on the end of "the next three years") one has to ask why SPD could make virtually no headway with the "interested" 51.1%.
