Volume has not been a problem for almost 2 years, since AMD can make much more than they can sell, or to say it another way, AMD (and Intel) sell less than they can make. Well you're forgetting about Q4 of last year. Demand was high, Intel was sold out because of the large Willamette die and AMD couldn't make more than a fraction of the potential output of Fab30. In short, AMD's yields crashed and they couldn't deliver. You're making major assumptions while forgetting history. EP
