Kenneth: I agree with your assessment. I think "crunch time" for boomers fast approaching 60 will come sooner, rather than later, than most people think, given the cut-taxes-and-spend-like-crazy-and-let-our-kids-worry-about-the-deficit mentality in Washington, D.C.

The idea of a Social Security "lock box," much ridiculed by right-wing extremists on this board, is far from dead.
