Don't know about that . The semis didn't do too good. We cannot have a significant tech rally unless the semis participate.

Don't jinx it.

We thought the same thing in August 2000.

The sp has gone up as much from the intraday low in July to today as it did in the entire rally from the intraday low in Sept. to the top this year......... in one month. That's a big move percent wise and vix/vxn put/call are falling with equity only on the frothy side.

Merq looks great cept that the volume today was as low as it was when it topped out in March.

The one good thing is the record short interest and most everyone's belief that the rally is nothing more than another bear market headfake......... well the great internals too but those could change pretty fast.
