I was referring to Electronic Arts' chart.

Now that you mention it though, the Fed was contracting the monetary base back then; just the opposite of what they're doing now.

The one good thing is the record short interest

How can you have record short interest and a low p/c ratio? Thats the big ace in the whole the bears keep hitting on on the bear... uh I mean trading... threads. The p/c ratio is under .5, which is supposed to be terribly bearish.
