Ashcroft has interfered with state's rights. Specifically, in Oregon where voters approved euthanasia, he has said he will prosecute doctors. In California, he is trying to interfere with rights of cancer victims to be allowed medical marijuana. Further, he wants to take away Americans' right to privacy, although he failed to get his major spy on the populace network going. The USPS said no to that. But I'm certain he's still trying to overcome the constitution on that issue. Chew on that.
