In a strictly legal sense I don't believe there is a strong argument one can blame Germans for the Nazi holocaust past the first generation. Descendants of blacks that were shipped here owe their current life to the past, i.e. under laws of random selection they would not exist without the past trade. However, when a system is designed to eliminate your life and your values and any memory of you it is a much different matter.
