Like Bush did? Bush won because of unusual circumstances, not because he was the most popular candidate.

Presidential elections are not popularity contests. Bush won because he got more Electoral votes than Gore did. Those are the rules.


Those are the rules but Bush is not who the people wanted. The circumstances were highly unusual......we have had an election go to the Electoral College only once before, and highly suspect.........the state that determined the outcome was run by his brother and its election results questionable.

Bush should have stayed on the ranch in TX. He does not belong in the White House. It will be his undoing.
