Dan, “Intel cheated millions of buyers” Dan you are incredible at making up fabrications. Tom turned AMD down because it was a non event. AMD was soliciting Tom and anyone who will listen apparently trying to stir up something that would obfuscate the problem of their sputtering Quantispeed.

Tom says
“In April 2002 I had been on the phone to my AMD-contact in Austin, and he asked me if I would be interested in a story that would have to be handled with the highest degree of confidentiality. He also promised that I would get this information exclusively and that it would be really HOT STUFF. I told him that he never had reasons to worry before and that I would like to have a look into it.
‘”Finally, I considered the material as not conclusive enough and decided that there weren't enough grounds to accuse BAPCo of any wrongdoings.”
