Does the Dow have another high in it? The breakdown is the important event, whether or not a new high comes first. If it does push to 9240, it'll be a great shorting op'ty imo.

Median price is a bit difficult to drive conclusion on.

Keep in mind that there are 3% down payment deals for those that can not afford a home. With low interest rates lots of "fixer" houses went to market for those 3% down guys which may or may not lower the MEDIAN price

Nonetheless, expect TOL to have a blowout report tomorrow. It'll be the NEXT quarter that deteriorates below expectations, IMO...still, some of the "smart money" (yeah, right) that's "invested" in TOL might decide to take some profits. Hard to say, the homies are the baccarat table of the casino these daze.....
