Cobalt operates the same way Ashcroft and Bush operate.

FIrst Padilla is a non-citizen so we are legally correct in our treatment of him.

Then CB finds out he is a citizen so a reference is found to support the new argument as to why citizens can be treated this way.

Then CB decides the podiatrist is a nut and not a terrorist.

I am very disappointed in CB's cavalier attitude toward the facts and CB's haste to state an intense rebuttal before research.
