"We're not the only ones to have ever cheated and lied" is an excuse that didn't work for Enron, or Worldcom.

Feel free to hope it will work for Intel.

Corporate cheating that would have garnered no more than a "tsk, tsk" a year ago, will get the book thrown at you, today.
