You sure are. You must think that there's nothing wrong with what Enron did, since other companies cheated in the same way. By the way, it's not true that "everybody does it." Almost nobody does it, and those few who do, usually get caught (eventually).

Intel cheats to justify a claim that their products have competitive performance. They've been caught, and they're being sued for it. You, Wanna, etc. might have a shred of credibility if you'd post that what Intel did in perverting the BAPCO benchmarks to erroneously report performance improvements for P4, was wrong. Instead, you embrace that perversion.

We know Intel cheats on performance claims for its products, what makes you confident they don't cheat on their accounting, too?
