The interesting part is many areas are on wells... and most are fed by aquifers that come from the mountains and so have no problems during periods of drought. Especially the Artesian wells.

Now mine could have turned to brine in not too long because, as I think I mentioned to you, my water comes from surface water in which the Bay can replace during a long standing drought.
