I agree, there's usually some time spread between the announcement and the fact. You have any thoughts on the M&A part of my query?

We know the .coms have folded, but there are many chip companies that haven't, some of which would probably make good fits in larger organizations. I would presume without actually knowing details that the same is true among software firms. Yet we've seen little acquisition activity, and it, as I said, puzzles me, because now while the environment seems well priced, it's not happening.

If investors buy high and sell low, maybe companies do too!

Do you think SEBL is going to outperform the market when the economy picks up again? Or do you think they have some industry and internal company related issues to deal with.
