Mike... I agree, there's usually some time spread between the announcement and the fact. You have any thoughts on the M&A part of my query? We know the .coms have folded, but there are many chip companies that haven't, some of which would probably make good fits in larger organizations. I would presume without actually knowing details that the same is true among software firms. Yet we've seen little acquisition activity, and it, as I said, puzzles me, because now while the environment seems well priced, it's not happening. If investors buy high and sell low, maybe companies do too! Chaz
