It's is beautiful here, Scott. Just beautiful. My business is very strong right now. I usually start to see a slowdown this time of year, but I am seeing a lot of new inquiries and landing many new projects. We lost the lease on our houseboat, but luckily, this is a good economy to go looking for space. I think we have nailed down a funky old warehouse space near Fremont... OK Scott, here's the question.
