" What evidence do you have to say he is bent on hegemony, etc...and what evidence can you cite that he has built his arsenals??? I've heard very knowledgeable people say that the CIA has no such evidence....

Iraq is not capable of putting together an industrial base capable of supporting a war machine. If they are expansionist like hitler wait for the next kuwait adventure go in with international support and finish them off. Even then we have a problem like afghanistan today in what moves into the vacuum of power. I don't want our sons and daughters put at risk to protect a foreign colony or a puppet regime beholden to the US. It just increases the odds of another Iran.
