I just remembered PMing kholt on the subject a while back. I doubt she felt "singled out" or "dressed down for a failure to comply," I don't recall being dressed down in that PM. Frankly, I'm trying to permanently delete as much as I can about the details of this issue from my memory. So much negativity is not healthy. Begin rehash. But I will say that, in general, throughout this imbroglio, I have felt dressed down for insufficient zeal in condemning CH. I've seen others dressed down and worse for the same reason. I've been peppered with PMs, if not phone calls, trying to get me to see the TRUTH so I assume that others have been, as well. I think that this practice of dressing down was, and apparently continues to be, a major issue. I found it unfair, intellectually dishonest, and poor strategy, to boot. When one is trying to prevail in a crusade, it would seem that it's best to emphasize areas of agreement, not push off those who are not fully on the bandwagon. I had always thought that you and I were philosophically attuned regarding the nature of those who insist that only true believers are worthy. Part one of the event was what CH did to Poet and others. Part two, IMO, was how the thread dealt with tepid condemnation of CH on the part of some participants. I don't know that the behaviors practiced in part two were all that much less unattractive than those that were the subject of part one. End rehash.
