I think the SOX 300 level here will tell.

With all the bad news from Intel, Hewlett, Sun, etc during the past couple weeks, it seems that this quarter is a bust. I have to ask myself why would anyone want to add positions in tech between now and warning season? Doesn't seem too likely that funds are going to end this quarter with bigger tech positions than they currently have.

On the other hand, Novellus had a gloomy outlook Thursday night and the stock held green Friday. If tech rallies in the face of bad news this month then confidence has to increase that the lows are behind us.
