Makes me think it was raised to bid on SFAM's CMP business. For whatever reason, LRCX let NVLS buy SFAM and then LRCX paid off the money it raised to expand.

That mountain of debt at SFAM is a boat anchor even for good technology. I sold my SFAM at $4.68 (missed the top as usual) and might put the money into more LRCX and AMAT if they bottom somewhere. I tried half of it in QQQ for a trade but I was stopped out for a small loss...
