Fascinating essay by Jude Wanninski. Will wonders never in; I find Buchanan and Wanninski writing things that interest me and help me think about Iraq.

There is great detail in this short piece. It's the kind of detail the debate about Iraq needs; not the type in the Cheney speech. Let's hope the administration will provide answers at this level of detail.

So Mr. Wanniski, who runs around asserting that Saddam never used poison gas against the Kurds (despite the photos, the testimony, the evidence gathered by Human Rights Watch), now feels free to correct Mr. Cheney's facts?

There is a large club of people who simply feel that Mr. Wanniski's cheese has slid off its cracker. Check this week's Barrons' for example:
