This is a little disingenuous. After all Bush did less than Clinton had been doing before 9-11 and Bush knew Bin Laden was responsible for the Cole. And still Bush sat on his hands until the towers went down.

Comparing pre-9/11 to after is petty weak. Who wouldn't have responded forcefully and overwhelmingly to 9/11?
