I give in -- confiscate some of her stuff -- impair her trading activities. Still think it would be a waste to put her in jail ...

What about all the crooks at the banks -- what about that corrupt and illegitimate institution that made the whole mess possible in the first place -- the Fed?? What about the complicity of the media with the crooks -- that continues today??

There aren't enough jails to lock them all up ... in the early stages of the bubble, there were guys in congress that got IPOs by virtue of them being in congress ... remember Foley?

Heck, throw her in jail, if you want -- just don't stop right there.

I guess we'd all like to think we are pure. No, I never traded on inside information. I try to be straightforward in all my business dealings -- doesn't mean I've never done anything wrong ...

What I don't like about the MS thing is the element of selective prosecution and what amounts to envy by some ...

I guess I see your pt as well. Sure, all of them have plenty by this world's measure and didn't "need" to engage in illegal stuff to live well, but no one does -- better off not to "live well" at all than to steal.

I just don't get any satisfaction in seeing her punished. That's all.
